Electric Or Steam Heating High Pressure Laboratory Retort Sterilization Pot Autoclave

1.Short introduction:

  The heat source for this sterilization boiler can be supplied by electricity or steam. When using electricity, the equipment is exempted from the purchase of boiler by the user. The required pressure can be preset and controlled automatically by the control box.Under a certain pressure, the pressure can be automatically pressurized, to the set certain pressure, it will automatically stop, thus ensuring the accuracy of temperature in sterilization. It is environmentally friendly and hygienic. It is especially suitable for green cities. when using steam, it can sterilize by raising the temperature of boiler steam directly, based on steam sterilization function adding the function of hot water spray type sterilization, it can better guarantee the food original color and taste, better to extend the shelf life of the product .In the process of continuous sterilization, the sterilization cycle is shortened by half, and half of the energy is saved. Also this machine is a laboratory test machine, It is mainly used for developing stage when the R&D team develop a new product and not produce in bulk to formulate the sterilization formula for the new products and simulate the bacterial environment in the real production to the maximum extent. So as to work out the FO value for batch production, reduce the loss of finished products in experiments and increase the yield rate in batch production.  Also they will try to find any problem happened in the laboratory, Try to settle it before bulk production. it can save a lot of energy cost and labour cost ,it is a ideal laboratory machine for R&D team for large and middle size enterprise.

2.   Application scope:

It Suits for all kinds of High Temperature Resistance packing material such as metal container; plastic container, soft bag packaging:

• Metal containers: the tin container and aluminum container.

• Soft packaging products: aluminum foil bags, high temperature cooking bags.

• Plastic container: PP bottle, HDPE bottle

General rules for three sterilization methods are as below:

·           water spray retort type -- cans, bottles, pouches, trays and so on

·           water immersion -- big packages, lengthways sausage, tofu, eggs 

·           pure steam -- tin plate, metal cans

5. Product Application

Preheating the sterilizing water in the upper tank with steam or electric, provide heat source to the sterilizing.
Raising temperature: preheated water fill the sterilizing tank quickly, initial temperature rises quickly.
Sterilizing: sufficiently supplied steam heat recycle, heat distribution uniform.
Cooling system: cooling water is injected to the retort to cool the food directly.

Note:  Three kinds of control system including manual, semi-automatic, full automatic, PLC control are available. Clients can choose based on their need.

1)      This machine is equipped with two sets of heating system, the electric heating system is available except traditional steam heating system, Clients can choose which way to heat to get heat energy at their will, Clients no need to buy boiler if use electric heating system to heat, it is environmental protection and healthy

2) Double layer compact design, hot water preheat-store-recycle system.

3) The hot water pump back to the preheating upper tank and waiting for next batch, save steam by 30 %( compared with single tank hot water immersion retort)

4) Water flow shift function, stir the water flow inside the retort, realized the temperature uniformity of the retort.

 T/Please arrange pay us 30% as deposit to begin the bulk production, and for balance, you can pay us after your final inspection and before we book vessel for you.

9. Delivery time:

We will deliver within 20-30 working days after receiving deposit payment.

10. Warranty period:

 All our machine is with one year warranty.Within warranty time. Machine breaking caused by machine 

Itself design defect, we are responsible for it .we can provided free charge of breaking part, .If machine 

Breaking caused by human factor, user need take responsibility for it, we will provided technical support.

After one year warranty, we will provide spare parts with reasonable cost.

11. After-sales Service:
1. Before deliver the machine, we will test and adjust everything properly.
2. Once all is done, we will contact customer to make final inspection to our factory, if customer not available, we will make detailed picture for customer to confirm for delivery.
3. Working manual will be provided with the machine, so that clients can use our machine without difficulty.
4. Any problems occur while using, we will provide profession advice and technical support ASAP.
5. Spare parts of the machine is provide whole serving life with reasonable price.
