1. Short introduction of this machine:

Structure: The equipment is a series of product. It is made of inner and outer half-ball pot body, jacket, tilting parts (consist of worm gear, worm pole, hand wheel and bearing seat), stirring and feet. The inner and outer parts of the pot body are welded together with full penetration structure according to GB150-1998 regulations. Generally the material is stainless steel SUS 304 and the outer body can be instead of carbon steel Q235B. Heating Type: The middle interlayer is heated by steam. It depends on external steam source supplied by more than a ton of boilers. The temperature of the steam added to the pot is 135 degrees up and down.

 It is widely used for food processing， candy, pharmacy, dairy, liquor, cakes, drinks, sweetmeats, tinned food and so on, can also be used for large-scale restaurant or Cafeteria boiling soup, cooking meat and congee, etc.

4. Equipment features:

Steam jacket boiler with steam as heat source, low price, easy to operate, with large heating area, high thermal efficiency, with a certain pressure of steam as  heat source, the heating is uniform, the heating time is short and the temperature is easy to control.The bottom of the sandwich pot can be equipped with flanges, and the material can be cooked and letout directly. The stirrer can be added according to customer's requirement.

Advantage and Disadvantage of Stainless Steel Jacketed Kettle of tilting type and vertical type:
Disadvantage: Compared with tilting jacketed kettle, vertical jacketed kettle do not have a tilting device which allowed users tilt the cooling pot to discharge the food and vegetable in the cooking kettle after cooking. This maybe a main reason why most buyers chose tilting type jacketed kettle.

Advantage: But thinking of another way, the disadvantage sometime is just its advantage: vertical jacketed kettle can hold much more food and vegetable each batch, and the heavy duty legs is much better than tilting device for large quantity cooking request.

T/ T,please arrange pay us 30% as deposit to begin the bulk  production,and for balance ,you can pay us after your final inspection and before we book vessel for you.

All our machine is with one year warranty.  Within warranty time . Machine breaking caused by machine 

itself design defect , we are responsible for it .we can provided free charge of breaking part, .If machine 

breaking caused by human factor , user need take responsibility for it , we will provided technical support .

After one year warranty, we will provide spare parts with reasonable cost.
