4. Basic struction and working principle
This machine is mainly composed of sedimentation tank, cleaning box, drum assembly, transmission system, spraying system, etc. The whole machine is made of stainless steel material, and it is nice, clean and good corrosion-resistant. This machine transports the hot water inside the sedimentation tank to the spraying system via a strong heat pump, Then spraying out by the nozzle jet, Clean the poultry cages’s impurities when it goes through the cleaning box, Sewage after washing flows into the rotating cylinder, the chicken (duck) feather and other impurities will be automatically discharged by rotating cylinder, filtered sewage will be back to the sedimentation tank and reused .
5. How to use this machine:
1. Place the equipment on a solid ground and fix it according to the actual needs of production.
2. Connect the stainless steel light round with the matched poultry cages conveyor, and take the poultry cage can pass smoothly as the standard.
3. Open the steam pipe valve to heat the water inside the sedimentation tank to be 82 ℃ or so ,then adjust the steam valve to make it in slightly open state ,If no heating is required, No need to open the steam valve for use.
4. Connect the power of 380V to observe whether the hot water pump and the rotating cylinder’s rotating direction are correct or not,and if it has any noise ; otherwise the wire should be re-connected, they should be rewired;If there is any noise, the machine should be shut down immediately,you can restart the machine after the noise is eliminated.
5. Check whether the spraying system is normal and can start work after normal operation.
6. Clean up the feathers and other impurities in the sedimentation tank after work every day, so as to the normal work of next run.
Note: No one is allowed to access the equipment at work, so as not to burn!

After one year warranty, we will provide spare parts with reasonable cost.
11. After-sales Service:
