This machine is an assistant machine for duck and goose’s feather removal machine,You know duck and goose have very small and soft feathers on body compared with chickens , After big feathers removed by pluckers , Duck and goose still need waxdip pool to add wax on the body to removel the small soft feathers , after wax adding ,we still need the cooling pool to cool the poultry body to remove the wax from the ducks and goose and finally remove the small soft feather by the maximum ,the cooled water in the pool can adopt ammonia pipe cooling,it can also use recycling water.

This machine is mainly composed of the tank body,  driving system,  spiral propulsion system,  air blast system, chicken (duck) discharge system, The whole machine is made of stainless steel material.

5.Advantage of this machine:

This machine is nice and  clean;The drive system adopts inverter speed regulation, which has the advantages of accurate speed regulation and energy saving. The user can set pre-cooling time according to the actual production’s need.

6.How to use this machine:

1. Install the equipment horizontally on the solid ground according to the actual production needs and tighten it with bolts.

2. Turn on the power (380V), observe whether the drive motor turns normally and rotating direction is correct or not . (it should be counterclockwise seeing from the exit), and whether the draught fan motor rotating direction is correct or not..

3.After all is normal, fill the tank with water and then start the ice machine. When the water is cooled to a certain temperature, it can be used.

4.Clean the water in the tank after work every day and clean it up so as to ensure the normal use of the next run.

T/T,please arrange pay us 30% as deposit to begin the bulk production,and for balance ,you can pay us after your final inspection and before we book vessel for you.

10.Delivery time:

We will deliver within 20-30 working days after receiving deposit payment.

11.Warranty period:

All our machine is with one year warranty. Within warranty time . Machine breaking caused by machine itself design defect , we are responsible for it .we can provided free charge of breaking part, .If machine 

breaking caused by human factor , user need take responsibility for it , we will provided technical support .

After one year warranty, we will provide spare parts with reasonable cost.

12.After-sales Service:
